Our Raw Granola is made from a mixture of Sprouted Buckwheat, Seeds & Nuts, & Dried Fruits. It has no added Sugar & is a great healthy energetic breakfast or snack  with milk/yogurt/fresh fruit of your choice, or as a delicious crunchy topping to your favorite smoothie or shake.
